Matthew Lukasiewicz is the owner of Open Gates Livery, LLC and a proud member of the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services team. Although new to the funeral profession just five years ago, Matt brings a deep sense of empathy, growth, and purpose to every service he supports.

When Matt first entered this field, he found it difficult to hide his emotions. But through his experiences working alongside the Coleman-Taylor team he discovered that the work wasn’t just about managing grief; it was about celebrating life and learning to live his own with greater meaning. As Matt began working on himself, he found he could more fully show up for others, offering comfort in their time of loss.

Today, Matt considers it an honor to walk beside families in their time of need. He’s committed to bringing dignity, care, and quiet strength to every service he’s part of—and is proud to serve the Cecil community hand in hand with the Coleman-Taylor team, and we are so lucky to have him working alongside us.
